Innovation
The Roastar sandwich panel construction has one piece front roof and back with no joints! The Mk2 Pack is Roadstar Caravans vision for the future. Our fibreglass sandwich panel construction will withstand all of Australia’s weather extremes, from the tropics of far North Queensland to the winter cold of Tasmania.
The fibreglass panels on our caravans have an extrusion foam core. Roadstar has found extrusion foam to be more durable and much more thermally efficient than traditional expansion foam.
The body is essentially three pieces: two side walls and a one-piece front, roof and rear, all tightly bonded and then sealed with Novatio, a special MS polymer that’s exclusive to Roadstar. The Roadstar range has been designed for customer safety first and foremost. We deliver an extremely durable and reliable caravan whether it be in our timber, aluminium frame or sandwich panel finish. We are leaders and innovators in the industry, offering only quality product to our customers.
Craftmanship

Warranty
Don’t let fear of the unexpected effect the enjoyment of your holiday. As of January 1 2017, Roadstar offers a three-year warranty on all of its 2017-plated caravans to cover any unlikely manufacturing fault, Australia-wide. This warranty is one of the most generous in the caravan industry but, naturally, some conditions apply. And if it’s only a small adjustment that’s required, from a cup holder to a cupboard door, a warranty claim might not even be required. Speak to your Roadstar dealer for more information.
